We offer two payment frequencies based on your needs.
One Time Purchase: If you’re just looking to market a single release and are more concerned about streams and algorithmic growth on that release, choose the “One Time” option. You will be billed for one month of service.
Subscribe: If you’re more interested in long-term, sustained growth with a focus on followers, saves, and catalog growth, choose the “Subscibe” option. You will be billed on a monthly basis, from you subscription date, until you decide to cancel.
All campaigns are designed to deliver over 28 days.

After you’ve placed your order, our team will review your submission. In general we accept and market every release that is submitted to us. If, for some reason, we feel that we cannot market your music, we will send an immediate refund and alert you.
The first step is onboarding. We will get access to your IG/FB accounts (so we can run the ads “as you”). Then we create the ad creatives, set up the campaigns in our optimized account, and get things running!
It typically takes 3-5 business days from the day you place your order to the day we get a campaign running.
We will send a video update/overview of the campaign every two weeks, and we are always reachable at info@standoutagency.co.

While we can't guarantee a certain number of conversions, we do have estimates based on previous campaigns.
A “conversion” is counted based on the action a listener takes on one of the landing pages we use for our campaigns. It does not always mean a 1:1 for streams.
For example: A listener clicks “Stream” on our landing page. That counts as a “conversion”. They get redirected to Spotify, but only listen for 10 seconds before they click elsewhere. That does not count as a stream.
But, in terms of pure conversions, we typically average ~$0.15 per conversion.
Estimated Conversions Per Ad Spend:
$300 = 2,000
$500 = 3,333
$750 = 5,000
$1,000 = 6,666
$1,500 = 10,000
$2,000 = 13,333
Again, these numbers are ESTIMATES. We do not make any specific data guarantees.

As explained in the previous question, it’s unfortunately impossible to give a realistic estimate for how many streams you'll get.
Everything from audience, ad creative, and even world events can impact campaigns positively or negatively.

All ads are run on the Standout Agency ad account within Meta. We do this because our account has YEARS of data and is already “warmed up” or optimized for music marketing.
It’s also just easier and quicker to get campaigns launched by using our own account vs having to get access into yours.

No. We create ads on our end using the assets you provide. If you don’t have any “useable” assets, we can connect you with partners who offer cheap lyric videos, and/or give you guidelines on how to create content that we can use for ads.
If you have your own ads or reels, we will happily include those in the campaign!

We strive to get all new campaigns up and running within 3-5 days of an order being placed.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will let you know.

We cannot make guarantees as to exact results from campaigns.
However, we do make a promise.
If there has been ZERO growth across the board at the end of a campaign, we will give you two options.
A full refund of your campaign costs - agency fee and ad spend.
OR - we continue on month-to-month with a $0 agency fee until we see results.
