F.A.Q.

  • To be as clear as we can from the very start: This is a MARKETING SERVICE designed specifically for artists with smaller budgets. This service is not a pay for placement scam.

    We regularly run $300-600/mo in ad spend to each of our playlists on our own.

    Why? Because we are also artists, and we want to grow our own bands the same way you do.

    Several of the playlists we place songs on are our own artist playlists.

    We’ve also been hired to build playlists for other artists, and even other companies. One of those companies we’ve purchased; and we’ve also taken control of some of the artist playlists in exchange for a kickback to the respective artists (more on that below).

    When you pay for this marketing service, the money you pay is ADDED to the marketing we already have running for the playlist you get placed on.

    The difference is, we use your ad spend to drive listeners directly to your track, wherever it is in the playlist.

    We discount the service to make the marketing more accessible to you.

    In exchange, we get to grow the playlist, and drive more traffic to it overall.

    At the end of the day, it helps EVERY ARTIST on the playlist… and it helps the listener.

  • Again, the fee IS NOT a pay for placement fee; it’s a marketing spend to push your song in our playlists.

    For full transparency: 80% of the fee is used as a marketing spend, added to the campaigns we already have running for each playlist we actively curate and manage.

    The remaining 20% is a labor fee that covers our time creating and curating playlists, and managing the ad campaigns to grow them.

  • This service is designed as a cheaper alternative to our main Spotify Growth campaigns.

    At a certain spend, it makes more sense for you to move on to our more in-depth marketing service :)

  • We allow artists to submit up to 5 tracks. The Marketing Spend is per song. We add a discount of $10 per extra song as you add more.

  • This is a monthly marketing service, so your Marketing Spend is used over the course of a month.

    We do offer a “subscription” option if you’d like to keep the campaign running for longer than a month.

    Advice: It is more impactful to have a smaller ad spend over time vs a large spend for just one month.

  • We place songs where they fit best within the flow and vibe of each playlist.

    The placement doesn’t matter!

    We set up the ad campaigns so that listeners are taken directly to YOUR SONG, wherever it is in our playlists.

  • The only time we will deny a submission is if…

    1. It’s an AI track - we can tell

    2. The quality doesn’t match any of our playlists

    At the end of the day, the goal is to put your song in a placement with relevant songs and artists so that listeners can find a new band that they really dig.

    If your song isn’t up to par with the songs in ANY of our other playilsts, it’s not fair to you or the other artists to add your song.

    If it’s not the same quality, you’ll just get a lot of skips, and that only hurts you.

    IF your song can’t be placed, we’ll give you an immediate refund.

  • Yes! That is another service we offer (going live soon!)

    We also offer a kickback of any marketing spend for songs placed on your playlist.

    You can use that kickback in one of two ways:

    1. We pay you out. In this case, the kickback is 5%.

    2. You use the kickback as a discount on Standout services. In this case, the kickback is 10%.

    So, if another artist spends $200 on a campaign and we place a song on the playlist we’ve built and are managing for you, you get $10-20.
